My Fitness club called (Fitness 24 seven) is at Summer Hill 2nd floor, just in front of BTS Phra Kanong station. I pay 1,199 THB per Month which includes all classes such as YOGA, BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, ZUMBA, and so on. I’ve been going for 11 months and lost about 7 KG by exercise !
I take the classes BODY COMBAT x 2 or 3 times, BODYPUMP x 2 or 3 times, YOGA x 1 time, Indoor cycling x 1 or 2 times and ZUMBA, Special Dancing sometimes.
Besides that, I do walk & run on the running machine !
Walking is between 4.5 to 5.4 km/hour, Running is between 6.5 to 8.5 km/hour, I go 3 mins to walk & 3 mins to run, and repeat 3 mins walk & 3 mins run.
That exercise makes my fat burn a lot !
Aim to burn 300 calories per hour.
After 1 week, I went to Fitness yesterday. I had lower back pain, so I could do exercises.
I met BODYCOMBAT Trainer K.Pas who asked me to join the class but I said NO because I was not sure if my back was OK for BODYCOMBAT or not.
So, I just did Walk & Run, running very easy, not so fast !
This morning, when I got up, I felt discomfort in my lower back a little bit but not pain. I believe my back is getting better now.
So I will go to Fitness or maybe outside to walk again today.
Monday in Thailand is a holiday (Father’s Day) , so I have time to go for a walk & relax !
