(Fitness 24 seven) after 1 week !

Busy week has ended ! My customers from Japan went back on Friday night and I finally got free. I took them to Suvarnabhumi airport and Good-bye ! I drove home and had a big big sleep ! So I woke up with a very good feeling and went to exercise !

(Fitness 24 seven ) at Summerhill ! enjoy Work Out !

My Fitness club called (Fitness 24 seven) is at Summer Hill 2nd floor, just in front of BTS Phra Kanong station. I pay 1,199 THB per Month which includes all classes such as YOGA, BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, ZUMBA, and so on. I’ve been going for 11 months and lost about 7 KG by exercise !
