My basic breakfast from Convenience store (Seven), which is a lot in Bangkok city ! My favorite one is (Wakame Salad) , full name is (Crab stick and Wakame seaweed Salad) 49 THB. I also eat almost every day is Natto which I get from (Maxvalu) in front of BTS Phra Khanong station.

I put Olive oil & Apple vinegar on Natto.
I eat red rice cold (without heating).

One day my breakfast : Salad, Yogult, Mixed nuts & dry fruits , Boiled eggs and Chicken breast . I put Olive oil & Apple vinegar on Salad.
I try not use dressing or mayonnaise so much !

Drink water or Soda water, not drink Coke or some Juice.
Coffee or Tea could be hot one, not cold with sugger !
