I have guests from Japan this week, so I must stay with them and visit their suppliers & customers together for 3 days. It was 1 st day we went to Rayong for 2 companies to visit. After that, I took them for dinner in Phra Khanong.

Sunday walking in Bangkok ! Me & my friend, we went to Wat Pho & Wat Arun for sightseeing. It was a hot day, so we did it in the morning ! We walked to Wat Pho from BTS Saphan Taksin station, about 1 hour !

I live in Phra Kanong but I go to Cafe Amazon Ekkamai !

After Fitness club, I walked about 15 mins to Ekkamai where another (Cafe Amazon) is just in front of BTS Ekkamai station. I like that Cafe Amazon because a beautiful lady is working there !Her smile is so nice and makes me relax, so this is my favorite cafe now !

(Fitness 24 seven ) at Summerhill ! enjoy Work Out !

My Fitness club called (Fitness 24 seven) is at Summer Hill 2nd floor, just in front of BTS Phra Kanong station. I pay 1,199 THB per Month which includes all classes such as YOGA, BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, ZUMBA, and so on. I’ve been going for 11 months and lost about 7 KG by exercise !

My alarm was ringing at 2:00 AM ! Yes, it was the time for the world cup match Japan vs Spain ! My brain was still a bit sleepy but anyway I had to see it ! After all, we won ! Japan beat Spain 2-1 ! Yes, yes, yes !!!

Ghost Pepper Spicy Chicken Noodle, I just found in (Seven) & got it. For my breakfast I was eating it but it was super hot ! Hottest one I’ve ever eaten. I was sweating a lot and my brain was going crazy !!

Lower back pain for a week but it will be good December !

Last week in my Fitness club, after I joined Yoga class, I got lower back pain. I have this problem from time to time, maybe because I'm old and I haven’t had enough sleep because of the World Cup !

I can read books in Japanese only !

I should've studied bit harder but it's too late. I still can't read English books ! Itry some times but I always give up after a week. Very sorry but it's what I am. I like to read books, so I take Japanese books and I enjoy !
