There were not so many people at the Fitness Club in Phra Khanong last night. I guess people are busy, it’s because of the end of the year 2022 but I am not. I’m not so busy and I go my way as usual !
If you walk in the morning, you see many monks walking in Bangkok. You also see Thai people give some food to them and people kneel & pray.
Everybody wants lunch for their life and money, maybe !
People live with their happiness, which could be anywhere. It’s not the things that you compare with other people, but sometimes we do !
It’s just how you feel but we sometimes forget about it.
Wake up and eat, go to work, work with your friends and come home to your family, that’s the best thing you own. But sometimes we forget !
Last night, I joined the classes of (Body Combat) & (Yoga). It was tiring but I felt so good after that. That feeling I can’t let go. I’m addicted to it.
I went home and opened a red wine, and ate salad, eggs and blue cheese. After 1 hour, I went to my bed to sleep.
It was not a football match last night, but I woke up at 1:45 AM as if I’d watched a match.
I had a dream last night. It was about me in a cafe drinking a coffee and saw 2 Thai ladies sitting in front of me. I knew one of them, so I just walked closer to her and said Hello!.
We were talking & laughing for a long time. That was my dream.
I live in Bangkok alone, so maybe deep inside of me, somewhere in my heart, I feel lonely. So I may look for someone to be.
I think that’s for everyone !
I woke up at 5:00 AM and prepared for work. I came to my office at 5:45 and made a coffee by myself.
OK, let’s start working !
It’s Friday, the weekend ! It must be a happy weekend !

The World Cup is ending at this weekend and I really want to watch it !
